Family Needs Matter (FNM) was founded in 2015 to provide a wide range of services covering family life skills, including the importance of positive communication within the family environment: our aim is to assist families to work together, communicate and listen to each other to embellish their children’s lives.
We’ve helped many families who have been affected by Trauma, Domestic Abuse, Addiction (Drugs, Alcohol, Gambling),Sexual Abuse & Rape, Mental Health Issues.

Confidentiality is of utmost importance to us, anything that is discussed at any level of support will be treated in the strictest confidence at all times.
We offer friendly support workers who are usually your first contact within our services, who will talk through with you what your requirements are and how we can help you and your family.
We offer counselling services, our team of counsellors are members of BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and follow their code of ethics.
Our counsellors have experience in a wide range of family & mental health issues.
